To help ensure a high standard of quality, we partner exclusively with established contractor networks and service groups that strictly require their professionals to maintain active licensure and insurance.

While we take pride in connecting you with these verified networks, all service professionals operate as entirely independent businesses, and we do not perform the requested services ourselves. Because your final project agreement will be directly between you and the contractor, you always have the final say and the opportunity to review their specific estimates and credentials before work begins. Any call-out, inspection, or work fees are set by the contractor — not by this site.

As a matching platform, we cannot make absolute warranties regarding the work of third parties. Under no circumstances shall this platform or its affiliates be held liable for any damages, property damage, or disputes arising out of the services performed by any independent contractor connected through our network.

2. Connecting You Promptly (Communications & Consent)

To get your project moving, we instantly route your request to our verified service partners so they can reach out to you directly. By submitting your form, you consent to have these independent professionals contact you—via phone, email, or text—to discuss your project and provide estimates.

Because we step out of the way to let you deal directly with the professionals, the contractors themselves manage all ongoing communications. If you ever want to stop receiving messages or calls from a specific contractor, simply let them know or reply "STOP" to their texts. We don't control their individual phone systems or CRMs, so opting out directly with the contractor is the fastest and legally recognized way to end communication.

3. Protecting Your Privacy & Data Sharing

We respect your inbox and your privacy. The only reason we collect your name, contact details, and project needs is to fulfill your request and connect you with the right local professionals.

When you submit your request, we securely pass that specific information along to independent contractors and service partners so they can provide your estimates. We do not sell your personal information to random data brokers or use it for unrelated marketing. Your data is strictly used to get you the home service help you asked for. Once connected, these third-party partners will handle your information under their own privacy and compliance standards.

4. Exactly What We Store

So there are no surprises, this is the complete list of what is saved when you submit a request on National Storm Dispatch:

• — Your first and last name, phone number, and email address if you provide one.
• — The property address and postcode the request relates to.
• — Whether you indicated you are the homeowner.
• — Your answers to the questions on the request form.
• — A record that you agreed to be contacted, so we can evidence consent.
• — Technical details sent by your browser with the submission: your IP address and browser user-agent string. These are kept for fraud and spam prevention.

We do not use tracking to build advertising profiles, and we do not store payment details at any point — you pay contractors directly, never us.

5. Correcting Or Deleting Your Information

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request from the email address or phone number you submitted, so we can confirm it is genuinely you, and include the postcode you used.

One limitation worth knowing: once your request has been passed to a contractor, they hold their own copy as an independent business. Deleting our record does not delete theirs, so you may need to contact them directly as well.
