Worth getting a look at the roof if

Roof storm damage is often invisible from the ground. Hail tends to bruise shingles and knock granules loose long before anything leaks, and wind damage usually starts as a lifted edge rather than an obvious hole — which is why plenty of damaged roofs get missed until the first heavy rain afterwards.
